The word Sovereignty is a very "POWERFUL" word, what I've experienced in my past 30 years, the courts know this word & the power it holds for America is a Sovereign Nation, but the courts will "NEVER" allow its citizens to utilize the authority granted to the people of America, thru the U.S. Constitution, and when the courts learn the or individuals speak of this word, they are "immediately " classified as "Sovereign Citizens" and from that point they are " red tagged" and will never in the U.S. justice system prevail.
